The X5 Foot Scanner is equipped with the BodyFit machine vision recognition system and integrated multi-camera setup, enabling rapid foot morphology scanning and lower limb biomechanical alignment measurement. It captures key indicators such as arch type, rearfoot alignment, and postural symmetry, providing a comprehensive overview of the user’s foot structure and posture. Once the scan is complete, the system automatically generates a detailed foot measurement report, offering reference data for custom insole fabrication.
In the insole production process, the insole is first placed in a heating box for uniform softening, then shaped using a molding pillow to ensure a perfect fit with the user’s arch. This heat-molding customization process is simple to operate and quick to form, delivering both arch support and alignment optimization, achieving truly custom-made biomechanical insoles. The entire process, from scanning to finished product, takes only a few minutes, providing an efficient foot care solution for clinics, rehabilitation facilities, and sports wellness centers.
