Foot Scanner & Orthotic Equipment Supplier
FOOTWORK LAB designs and manufactures foot scanning, plantar pressure and gait analysis systems — and the custom orthotic insoles that run on them — for podiatry clinics, physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers, sports labs and professional shoe retailers. Equipment, insoles, software and training come from one factory, and are shipped to more than 40 countries.
Six systems for every stage of foot assessment
Every practice starts somewhere different: a 10-minute screening in a shoe store, a static pressure plate in a podiatry room, or a full running gait analysis in a sports lab. All six systems share the same software family and the same insole production workflow, so a clinic can start with one station and scale up later without changing supplier.
| System | What it does | Typical setting |
|---|---|---|
| X5 Foot Scanner | Plantar pressure plus foot, lower-limb and posture force-line capture with three high-precision cameras; on-site insole customisation in about 10 minutes. | Clinics launching a complete insole service |
| F5-LAB Gait Analysis Platform | Walking and running gait cycles on a 46 × 138 cm, 64 × 128-point pressure plate with dual-camera video and LESS landing-risk scoring. | Sports rehabilitation, running labs, orthopaedics |
| F2-Pro Gait Scanner | Dynamic periodic plantar pressure across a 41 × 115.2 cm sensing area, capturing the whole walking path. | Clinics that need walking-path data |
| F2 Gait Scanner | Static, dynamic and balance plantar pressure on a portable 46 × 46 cm plate, 64 × 64 points, 9 kg. | Podiatry and physiotherapy rooms |
| FM-Pro Gait Scanner | All F2 analysis plus body biological force-line detection and in-house insole design. | Clinics that prescribe orthotics on site |
| X3 Foot Pressure Scanner | Foot arch, lower-limb alignment, static pressure and gait video, with AI shoe-shape recommendations. | Foot health centres and shoe retail |
| Q1P Podoscope | Fast foot screening and insole customisation in about 10 minutes on a 13-inch Windows tablet. | Shoe stores and screening counters |
Which foot scanner fits your clinic?
1. Pressure only, or pressure plus posture?
The F2 and F2-Pro read plantar pressure. The FM-Pro, X5 and X3 add body and lower-limb force-line capture with cameras, which is what most clinics need if they intend to prescribe orthotics from the same report.
2. Walking, or walking and running?
A pressure plate placed on the floor covers static stance and walking. Running and landing mechanics need a platform with a treadmill and video, such as the F5-LAB with its LESS scoring module.
3. Will you make the insoles in-house?
If the answer is yes, choose a system that includes on-site customisation — heating, forming and finishing equipment — rather than a measurement-only device. The X5, FM-Pro, X3 and Q1P all ship as complete scan-and-make stations.
Custom orthotic insoles, made from the same data
Insoles are produced from the same data the scanner collects, so the report and the product stay consistent. The range covers daily wear, medical and sports models, in adult and children’s lasts, with a 6–10 minute heating time for on-site fitting. See the custom orthotic insole categories for materials and indications.

Frequently asked questions about buying foot scanning equipment
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory. We develop and produce all our machines and insoles ourselves.
What is the MOQ?
1 unit for machines, and 200 pairs for insoles. The 200 pairs can be mixed across different types and sizes.
Can we order with our own brand?
Yes. We accept ODM for machines, and OEM or ODM for insoles. Machine OEM requires a different MOQ, which we agree case by case.
How long does production take?
Standard machine capacity is 3–5 units per day and standard insoles 500–1000 pairs per day, so most orders ship within days of confirmation. We confirm the exact date with your order.
What about warranty and after-sales support?
Every machine carries a 12-month warranty covering non-human-damaged parts. We open a WhatsApp group with you and our engineer, provide remote software support, and push software updates over the internet.
Can we see the system working before we buy?
Yes. We send demo videos for the model you are considering, and you are welcome to visit the factory to see the machines in production and test them on your own cases.
Tell us your clinic type and case volume — we will recommend the right system and send a quotation within one working day.
